Jet lag is an ailment of which is usually occurs in those travelers who span across a time zone or two,
the earliest indication that you have jet lag include, fatigue, not being to know when you should go to
sleep or stay up in the new time zone, a kind of out of it feeling, being cranky (soaking), headaches,
even a brief lack of appetite may occur.
Your internal clock, of which is accustomed to one way of life in your home's time zone, then if when

As we grow older, jet lag seems to have a stronger impact upon us, and is worse when traveling from west
to east and vice versa. On the bright side, there is always a way to counteract it.
-Upon boarding the plane, you may go ahead and adjust your watch to match the time of the place you will
arriving. This will help you in knowing when to sleep and when to stay awake, and when to eat properly.
-You can alleviate the possibly of becoming dehydrated by constantly drinking fluids (no alcohol), as this
will keep your mouth and throat moist. Any physical tension or ware may/will make your overall recovery
take longer.
-After reaching your destination, do whatever you can to stay busy, as to prevent falling to sleep, as
it will be better to sleep at the same time as everyone else around you, as oppose to just nodding off
to bed, after you arrive at your hotel/hostel.
-Make time for yourself to get over jet lag, thus, you will able to fully enjoy your trip. This can be
done by limiting the itinerary of your fist few days of holiday.
