into a problem with the phone while trying to make a call. The operator will instruct you on how much you should pay to complete the call,
and how to properly dial the number, and an automated voice will intervene when there's only a few minutes left on your call time, and tells
you how much it will cost to continue your conversation, for an x amount of time. Of course, there will be an additional charge.
Many stores have phone cards in stock, and other places which serve as offices, where you can go and talk face to face with an employee that
can explain to you what kind of special rates for phone service they offer. Perhaps, it'd be better for you to go to a local convenience or
liquor store, as most of them carry telephone cards of all sorts, for calling long distance, from state to state, or In State long distance
calls, and even for International calls as well. Just be a smart shopper, as some have higher rates for simply connecting, as well as for
the actual call itself. These are vary from store to store, and card to card. For example, a $20 card may advertise that their cards offer
the cheapest connection fees, and give you more talk time than any other card you could buy. However, be careful, as if you call from

of talk time, depending on the amount of the card. The card has a toll free access telephone number and a PIN. To place call you dial
the access number, enter your PIN, and, at the voice's instruction you enter the phone number that you are trying to reach. Phone rates
seem to be higher in the mornings, lower in the evening, and lowest on Sunday and late at night.
