Eating Yellowstone
Eating Yellowstone and surrounding areas all of the listed dining rooms, except the Canyon Lodge dining room, require reservations for dinner.
In Yellowstone, all of the larger hotels serve great food. Keep in mind that these are up-scale. Comparing it to some major cities, they are very inexpensive. The dining rooms have different menus so there are quite a few choices.
Old Faithful Inns dining room has no view, but the atmosphere is very nice. The Lake Hotel has a decent view of Yellowstone Lake. It depends on your mood as to which you enjoy most.
Mammoth Hotel
Dining at the Mammoth Hotel is a little boring, but OK. At Grant Village great view of Yellowstone Lake

Breakfasts at these dining rooms are good and reasonably priced. The Old Faithful Snow Lodge restaurant offers f dining at a reasonable price...
The Roosevelt
There is normally a wait during peak season from July to August. Prices are reasonable. Serving ribs, fried-chicken, and trout. Also there is a cookout at the Roosevelt. The cookout is a real pleasure.
