   - Hosteltimes secure your private information using Verisign.
   - When you make a reservation, you are required to pay 10% deposit and $2.00 service fees.

- All booking history will be listed in "My Bookings".
At right upper corner of each reservation, you can click "Cancel" if you want to cancel the booking.
The 10% deposit and $2 service fees are non-refundable.

- If you do not show up without cancellation,
hostel owners can charge you according to the cancellation policy.

- If "Cancel" does not show up, you cannot cancel your booking through this page.
In this case, you need to contact the hostel directly.

Change:

- If you want to change your booking, you must contact the hostel directly. Please, use the contact information of the hostel in the itinerary to send emails or phone calls regarding the change of booking.

- Once you make any changes in your reservation, your reservation is no longer valid, and you will lose your non-refundable deposit from the original reservation.
