through Hosteltimes, the booking is confirmed.

- After customers complete booking, customers
will get booking number, booking detail,
and hostel information.

- Bookings of customers can be processed
through individual hostel's terms and conditions,
and they will be confirmed until customers
cancel or amend their bookings.

- When customers arrive at booked hostel,
they need to prepare booking number.

you can click "Cancel This Booking"
if you want to cancel your booking.

- If "Cancel this booking" does not show up,
you cannot cancel your booking through this
page. In this case, you need to contact hostels
directly. The 10% booking fee and $2 service
fee is non-refundable.
If customers do now show up without
cancellation, hostel owners can charge first
night lodging fee.
