- When customers arrive at the hostel, they need to provide the reservation number.

- Your booking will be listed in "My Booking Info" section. In order to cancel your reservation, click "Cancel This Booking" at the right upper corner.

- If "Cancel This Booking" does not show up, you cannot cancel your booking through this page. In this case, you need to contact the hostel directly for cancellation. The 10% deposit and $2 service feesare not refundable. If customers do not show up without cancellation, hostel owners can charge first night lodging fee.
