Here; you can take in some concerts which are practicality always going on, especially during the weekends. Many of your favorite movies have theme based rides, Jurassic Park, Back to the Future, T2, in one area.
In the actual CityWalk itself, there is no fee for taking a stroll.
However, if you want to ride some of the many rides , then you will need to pay a one time amount of $46, which in turn will be good for one year afterwards, it allows you to go back again an again, as many times as you wish, within the year time frame. If you happen to stay in Hollywood, you can always bump into guys who pass out reduced price coupons for Universal City. They are usually out in front of the Kodak Theatre.
Even though the CityWalk actually closes at 9pm (Friday-Saturday), some restaurants stay open later. There is never a fee for taking a walk through the CityWalk.

Party Passes are now available on CityWalk at B.B. King's Bar for $16, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.
